Online Registration for 2016-2017


Registration for all returning students to Shenandoah School Corporation will be conducted online beginning July 11, 2016.  Parents will be able to register through the individual school Harmony website.  All state and Shenandoah School Corporation forms required for registration are available online.

All returning students will need their Harmony 3 Family information to register.  While the usernames and passwords remain the same as last year, all parents/guardians should have received an email during the week of June 20 – 24 confirming the information.  Any parent/guardian who does not receive the email containing a username and password or has questions about online registration should contact the building principal beginning Monday, July 11, 2016. 

Online registration may be completed from any computer with internet access.  Any parent/guardian who does not have internet access or would prefer to receive assistance with the process is encouraged to register at the building level on the following dates:  July 26 or 27, 2016.  Times for registration will be 8:00 to 11:00 AM and 1:00 to 3:00 PM both days with evening hours on Wednesday the 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.  All new SHS students will need to call the school for an appointment and bring a copy of their certified birth certificate and immunization records for registration.  SES and SMS new students please attend July 26 or 27, 2016 to register.

Student schedules or class assignments will be available online beginning July 18, 2016.  Schedule changes for current high school students may be made at the high school on July 26 or 27.  The guidance office will be open on registration dates during posted times.  Payment for textbooks and fees is expected at the time of registration.  Payment may be made online using a credit card or debit card.

Free and reduced breakfast/lunches are available through federal programs in the schools for those who qualify.  The criteria and application are available through online registration.  Please complete only one application per family.  Families that have received a letter indicating that they have qualified for free and reduced lunch via Direct Certification do not need to complete an application.
